Shelby Facer serves as our Patient Care Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator, playing a key role in shaping both the patient experience and our clinic’s presence in the community.

She focuses on creating a welcoming, organized, and positive environment for every patient who walks through our doors. From ensuring smooth clinic flow, to supporting clear communication between patients and providers, she helps make each visit feel seamless and supportive.

​

In addition to enhancing the patient experience, she leads the clinic’s marketing and community outreach efforts — managing social media, educational campaigns, events, and partnerships that connect our clinic to the community we proudly serve.

 

Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband hiking, hunting, and fishing. She is passionate about giving back and volunteers with Bannock Civitan, supporting local service initiatives for individuals with disabilities, as well as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), advocating for children in need.
